Atlanta, GA September 29, 2014 – BIP Wealth announced today that Adrienne Johnston has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations.

Prior to joining BIP, Adrienne led Operations at several Atlanta start-ups including KidsLink and Vendormate, where she focused on defining and implementing business strategies to drive operational efficiencies and optimize the customer experience. She began her career developing and executing process improvements, best practices, and assuring quality standards for Starbucks cafés at Barnes and Noble College Bookseller locations nationwide.

Adrienne has a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia) in Chemistry and holds the Human Capital Strategist designation from the Human Capital Institute.

Additionally, Adrienne is active in several community organizations. She leads Professional Gold, a career optimization series, for the Georgia Tech Alumni Association. She also volunteers for the Success by Design program with Women in Technology.

Adrienne resides in Decatur with her husband and their three-year old daughter.
