Heather knew in high school that HR/People Ops was where she belonged. She loves taking care of “her” people and building a strong, caring culture for her team. She is extremely grateful to be a part of the BIP team; a company full of such hard working, genuine people.
Heather is the lucky mom of three amazing sons. When not busy at home with her youngest, or off visiting her two college boys, she loves socializing and being outside. From tennis, to hiking, to outdoor concerts, to just sitting on a pretty patio—and, of course, any waterfront—fresh air and sunshine are how she recharges her battery.
Heather and her youngest son, Thomas, live in East Cobb with their two kitties, Ivy and Linus. Her oldest, Jack, is currently studying Automotive Engineering at Clemson, and her middle, Davis, is studying Health Sciences at UNG’s Athens campus.
