Matt Speed is a Portfolio Manager with BIP Wealth. Matt has been in the industry for 10+ years. Before joining BIP Wealth, Matthew was an Equity Trader at Wells Fargo and Fixed Income Trader at Truist.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University. He enjoys the mathematical side of the markets and taking time to understand the ‘why’ of how the capital markets move.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys volunteering with GSU, Boys and Girls club, junior achievement and SOMOS project Nicaragua. He enjoys Atlanta run club, though usually finds himself at the back of the pack.
Matt Currently resides in Midtown Atlanta.
