Jim’s favorite thing about this business is the people—both clients and team members. He really enjoys the complexity of the field of wealth management. As a Veteran of the US Air Force, Jim appreciates that there’s always something new to learn, which helps keep him sharp. Jim has worked with his brother Tim, at The Money Advisor Group in Columbus since 2006. He is excited for the future with BIP Wealth and all the new opportunities he and the rest of the Columbus team and clients will have with this new partnership.
When he’s not at work, Jim’s favorite thing is to spend a Saturday cooking chili and watching the Alabama Crimson Tide with his family. Jim and his wife enjoy being outside, working in the yard, and exploring while they travel together. A lifelong outdoorsman, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, and being out in the field. He also loves perfecting his cooking abilities while firing up his Lang smoker to cook for his family and church community.
Jim and his wife Laurie live in Columbus with their dog, Ginger. They have 4 grown children and 6 beloved grandchildren.
