For me, it was simply the people.  The team BIP has put together is second to none.  From the very first meeting, I knew BIP was the place I wanted to be.

In one word, amazing.  The cohesiveness of the team, the eagerness to help others learn and the inherent need to put others before themselves can be seen in every person employed at BIP.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
I love spending as much time as possible with my wife Brittany, son Chandler and daughter Abby.  If I am not spending time with my family, my ideal day would be spent going for a long run, playing a round of golf or watching college football.
