I was really impressed by the family feel of BIP, which was obvious from my very first conversations with the Leadership Team. Our Team cares for one another and our clients tremendously and more than a typical firm. Relationships and people come first.

WHAT’S THE BEST THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I have the distinct privilege of working with everyone on our Team, as we seek to grow our brand and let more people know about BIP. My extroverted self loves the challenge of getting to know and work with a lot of different people and personality types!

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
When I’m not traveling or seeking out the best Mexican food + margs in town, I’m playing fetch with my adorable mini-goldendoodle, Bella Donna.
