WHAT’S THE BEST THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Well, there are two things.  First, Mark and I decided early on that we only want to work with people we enjoy being around.  There is a positive energy that matriculates throughout our office when you walk through the door.  Second, we’re building a future here – for our clients, our team members, and the portfolio companies we invest in.  Doing that means continually challenging ourselves every day to learn from each other as we build a brighter future.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
I spend most of my spare time with my family at the baseball fields and basketball courts. I also enjoy playing golf, time at the lake, and following pro baseball.
